SYRIZA backs Greek government’s capitulation to the EU

The opposition party SYRIZA has reneged on its pre-election promises and now accepts the EU’s draconian conditions for financial aid to Greece.

No surprises here, it is just as KKE predicted. SYRIZA has completely discredited itself.

The Greek people now have two clear choices, KKE or abject capitulation. In truth such has always been the case, but now the distraction is seen for what it is.
Social relationships have their inherent logic; as long as people live in given mutual relationships they will feel, think and act in a given way, and no other. Attempts on the part of public men to combat this logic also would be fruitless; the natural course of things (this logic of social relationships) would reduce all his effort to nought. But if I know in what direction social relations are changing owing to given changes in the social-economic process of production, I also know in what direction social mentality is changing; consequently, I am able to influence it. Influencing social mentality means influencing historical events. Hence, in a certain sense, I can make history, and there is no need for me to wait while "it is being made."

I wish it was that clear. I think that as things get worse and worse, the situation is likely to appear more and more muddled. The KKE is in a very precarious position and it is guaranteed to be a trial of fire.

If you mean precarious as in having all of the parties ganging up on the KKE, perhaps using government muscle to punish them for their intransigance, I can see that. But what is muddled? As SYRIZA has showed it's hand I would think that provides some clarity.
