So...yippee? Just wait, this will be done with a lot of fanfare while obscuring the fact that the US is increasing troop strength in the Asia-Pacific theater of operations. The articles says that the 9000 jar-heads won't be going home, but redeployed to "other areas" of the Pacific. I realize that Emperor Barry is playing "Risk", but who is he playing against? China?
