Every “groundbreaking moment” in the corporate consolidation of the internet represents a loss to the world’s people and their children. Media corporations have initiated a “Copyright Alert System” to keep track of the “creative” properties that the moneyed classes have usurped from the truly creative among us. “This agreement between internet service providers and the television and film industries, is about assuring that only they can determine what is considered legal or sanctioned communication.”
