The purpose of the training is to help our worker organizers gain the skills and confidence to organize at their own workplaces. The Organizer Training Committee curriculum has been developed over years of organizing during which we have accumulated experiences and developed strategies. These experiences and strategies are the core of our organizer training program and the building blocks of Industrial Workers of the World. Orga...nizers will teach US labor laws and direct action tactics to assert your rights at work with or without union recognition. You deserve Higher Wages, Full No-Cost Insurance, Sick Pay, Paid Holidays, and more. You have the right to organize with your co-workers for what you deserve, free from intimidation or coercion. Join workers from around the Midwest, and gain the tools to defend your rights on the job.
