When economic overlords can no longer rule in the old ways, they discard all pretense of democracy and establish fascism. In the United States, Michigan is spearheading the new fascist order, by abolishing democratic institutions in Black communities and declaring “financial martial law.” This fascist offensive must be answered by formation of a revolutionary Black political party that would “orient its work around social programs such as liberation schools, free clinics, and other basic necessities that are needed by the majority of our community.”
